Home and Away’s Andrew Lawrence refuses to accept that his sinister cult ordeal is truly over on UK screens next week.
The troubled teen questions his own safety after being rescued by Justin Morgan and the police.
This week’s episodes see the Vita Nova story come to a head when Justin makes a third and final attempt to bring Andrew back home from the cult compound.
Justin gets injured while carrying out his plan, as one of the cult members fires an arrow at him. Fortunately, the police soon intervene by rescuing Justin and Andrew – and bringing the Vita Nova villains to justice.
Next week, Leah Patterson tells Justin that she’d like Andrew to stay with them permanently. However, there are early signs that Andrew may already be questioning his future in the Bay.
Andrew confides in Leah’s nephew Theo Poulos, pointing out that members of Vita Nova are still out there and he could be in danger.
Leah steps in and tries to reassure Andrew that nobody is going to hurt them, but Theo is alarmed when he finds the teen guarding the house in the middle of the night while clutching a kitchen knife to protect himself.
Andrew later disappears with the knife and plans to leave the Bay to keep Justin, Leah and Theo safe. Theo intercepts Andrew on his way and urges him to stay.
Andrew reluctantly returns home, where Theo and Justin point out the dangers of carrying a knife. The pair are relieved when Andrew finally hands it over.
Later, local police constable Rose Delaney turns up. Justin and Leah hope that she’ll put Andrew’s mind at rest, but she does the opposite by admitting that she can’t guarantee his safety because most of the Vita Nova members won’t be charged.
Desperate to stop Andrew from leaving again, Justin promises to set up security cameras at the house to give him peace of mind – but will this be enough?
